Our website uses cookies or comparable storage technologies. We use technologies that are technically necessary for the website and for managing your privacy choices to function. For other technologies and embedded content, we obtain your consent before use where required. Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) applies to storing information on your device or accessing information stored on it. Any subsequent processing of personal data is governed by Article 6 GDPR.
We use the WordPress plugin Real Cookie Banner to obtain, store and document your choices. The data processed includes your selection, the time of your selection, an identifier and technical information about the consent dialog. Depending on the configuration, further details may be recorded for documentation purposes. The consent data is stored on our web hosting space; according to the plugin provider, it is not transmitted to its servers during normal operation. The plugin stores the information needed to manage your choices in your browser.
The legal basis for consent management where required is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with our obligation to demonstrate consent; where processing is necessary solely for technical provision, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR also applies. You can withdraw or change your consent to optional services at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings on this website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. The cookie settings also provide details of the services used, storage periods and providers.

5. Contacting Us

If you contact us using the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide. The contact form asks for your company, first and last name, phone number, email address and, if applicable, the content of your message. The form uses the Contact Form 7 plugin installed locally on our WordPress website. We use this data to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.
If your enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is to respond appropriately to enquiries. We disclose data only where this is necessary to handle the enquiry or comply with a legal obligation.
We delete enquiries once they have been fully dealt with and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for keeping them. We may retain business correspondence and contract documents for the periods required by law. Providing information is voluntary; without the contact details needed to reply, we may be unable to handle your enquiry.

If you enquire about or order products or services from us, we process the data required to prepare an offer, enter into and perform a contract, deliver and install products, provide service, issue invoices and maintain the business relationship. This includes, in particular, company and contact person details, business contact details, communications and contractual information, orders, delivery addresses, payment and billing data, and, where applicable, technical project information.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where we have a contract with a natural person or take steps prior to entering into such a contract. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies where we comply with legal obligations, particularly retention duties under commercial and tax law.
Where necessary, recipients may include hosting and IT service providers, payment service providers and banks, shipping and logistics companies, manufacturers or service partners, tax advisers and public authorities. We retain the data for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter insofar as statutory retention periods or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require it. Information necessary for the contract and its performance must be provided; otherwise, we may be unable to offer or provide the service.

7. Embedded YouTube Videos

The YouTube service is configured in our consent management system for videos embedded on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Videos are embedded through our consent management system. If you consent to displaying a video or activate it, a connection to Google’s servers is established. In particular, your IP address, device and browser information, and information about the page visited may then be transmitted to Google. Google may use cookies or similar technologies. If you are signed in to Google, the data may be associated with your account.
We use embedded videos to present our products and services clearly. The legal basis for loading a video and the associated processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, insofar as information is stored on or read from your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings. Processing in countries outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. Information about Google’s processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

8. Video Conferences

We may use Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet for business meetings. The service used will be identified in the relevant invitation. Our use of these services for meetings does not mean that they are loaded when you visit our website.
When you participate, we process in particular your name, company and contact details where applicable, information about the meeting and your participation, and content you choose to share during the meeting. Depending on how you join, audio, video, chat messages, shared screen content and technical connection data may be processed. You can generally leave your camera and microphone switched off. We record or transcribe meetings only if we inform you separately in advance and have the necessary legal basis.
Processing serves to hold meetings, prepare offers, negotiate contracts and support our business partners. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the meeting is necessary for a contract or steps prior to entering into one; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in efficient business communication. If consent is needed for a specific feature, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies. Your name and connection data are necessary to participate; sharing your camera and microphone is generally voluntary.
When a video conferencing service is used, its provider also processes data under the privacy terms applicable to that service. Processing outside the European Economic Area may occur; the respective provider describes the safeguards it uses. We retain meeting documents and business-related content only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or to comply with legal retention duties.

9. External Links and Social Media

Our website may contain links to external websites and our social media profiles. Merely visiting our website and viewing a standard link does not transmit data to the operator of the linked website. If you follow the link, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply

10. Recipients and Transfers to Third Countries

Where we engage external service providers, they receive personal data only to the extent necessary for their respective tasks. With YouTube and the video conferencing services mentioned above, processing may take place in countries outside the EU or EEA. Where no adequacy decision by the European Commission applies, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses may be used according to the providers. The safeguards that apply to a particular service depend on the provider and the contract and account configuration used.

11. Your Rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) and data portability (Article 20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR).
